- ad impegnarVi affinché vengano applicate le sanzioni previste per la violazione - da parte dell’API - degli aspetti del Codice della Navigazione elencati nel Decreto di Concessione del giugno 2003;
- ad impegnarVi per la rescissione della Re gione Marche dal Protocollo di Intesa convenuto con la Società API.
